مدونة النويهي -قالت منظمة سياج لحماية الطفولة انها تلقت بلاغاً يتهم المدعو (ع م ع) بارتكاب جريمة اغتصاب متكررة لأربع من بناته الصغيرات (ن، ح، س، ل) – تحتفظ سياج بأسمائهن- واللواتي تتراوح أعمارهن بين التاسعة والرابعة عشرة.
وعبر المنظمة عن اسفها مطالبة مطالبة من النيابة العامة في الجمهورية اليمنية سرعة تقديم ملف الجريمة إلى المحكمة وتوفير محاكمة عادلة للمتهم والحكم بإعدامه في حال ثبتت ضده الجرائم البشعة المنسوبة إليه.
وتطالب المنظمة بإعدامه كأقل إجراء في جريمة بالغة البشاعة والخطورة كونه معني بحماية الضحايا وهو رجل محصن وتعاليم الإسلام تقضي بقتله حتى وإن كانت الجريمة بحق امرأة أجنبية فكيف والحال مع بناته الصغيرات.
وتعتبر سياج هذه الجريمة من الجرائم البالغة الخطورة والماسة بأمن وسلامة المجتمع باعتبارها زنا محارم وباعتبار المجني عليهن قاصرات.
وتكرر سياج دعوتها لمجلس النواب اليمني ومجلس القضاء الأعلى والنيابة العامة إعادة النظر في القوانين ذات الصلة بالجرائم ضد الأطفال بحيث يتم تقنين أكبر العقوبات الممكنة لتحقيق الردع وخاصة في جرائم الآباء بحق الأبناء وجرائم الشرف بشكل عام وكذا انتهاج آليات تحقيق قادرة على الوصول الى حقيقة ارتكاب هذه الجرائم وتطوير الأدوات المستخدمة في الكشف عن الجرائم بما في ذلك استخدام فحص الحامض النووي (DNA).
ونحن على ثقة كبيرة أن تلك الجهات ستستجيب لمطالبنا نظرا لكثرة الانتهاكات بحق الأطفال والتي في أغلبها تكون جرائم جسيمة.

Seyaj organization for childhood protecting received with great regret that a certain (A. M. A) raped Repeatedly his four young daughters (H, H, S, S) – Seyaj maintain their own names – aged between 9-14 years old.
Seyaj calls for the Public Prosecutor in the Republic of Yemen to send the file of the crime to the court as quick as possible.
The organization demands at least death sentence for the father accused in such heinous and dangerous crime as he is the one who supposed to protect the victims.
Besides that according to the Islamic instructions, death sentence is the penalty for any married one raped a woman rather than committed this crime to his own small daughters..
Seyaj considers such crimes serious as well as dangerous because it threatens the safety and security of the society as the victims are minors.
once more Seyaj calls the parliament ,the Supreme Judicial Council and the Public Prosecutor to reconsider the laws relating to offenses against children and to codify the strictest possible penalties in order to reduce these crimes, especially in crimes of parents against their children and crimes of honor in general.
Also it calls for using investigation mechanisms able to access to the fact as well as improving the tools of detecting such crimes including the use of DNA.
