من إنقاذ حياة طفلة في السنة الثانية من العمر بعد تعرضها لعمليات تعذيب
وحشية ونادرة كادت أن تقتلها أو تسبب لها عاهات جسدية دائمة من قبل
والدها الذي اعترف بجريمته البشعة. وبحسب بلاغ من المنظمة تلقت الشبكة
الوطنية لحقوق الانسان نسخة منه ان الطفلة دعاء عبدالحكيم تعرضت لتعذيب
وحشي في جميع أجزاء جسمها حيث اعترف والدها أنه قام بضربها وعض أجزاء
كبيرة من جسدها بأسنانه ووخزها بإبر ما تسبب لها بكدمات وجروح كادت أن
تقتلها لولا تدخل المنظمة وفاعلي الخير في الوقت المناسب.
وقد قامت المنظمة بمتابعة القضية منذ اللحظة الأولى لإبلاغها بها وعملت
على توفير الرعاية الطبية اللازمة للطفلة الضحية وتأمين أسرة بديلة لها
ومتابعة القبض على والدها وإيداعه السجن وتكليف هيئة ادعاء من نخبة من
المحامين في أمانة العاصمة لمتابعة القضية قانونياً وتقديم العون القضائي
كي لا يفلت والدها من العقاب.
ودعت منظمة سياج الأجهزة القضائية إلى إلحاق أشد العقوبات المقررة في
القانون اليمني بحق والد الطفلة كي يكون عبرة لغيره ولتحقيق مبدأ الردع
والزجر خصوصاً في ظل ارتفاع جرائم الآباء والأقارب ضد الأطفال.

Seyaj organization for childhood protection managed to save the life
of two years old little girl after she exposed to cruelty torture by
her own father causing her permanent physical disabilities.
Dua'a Abdulhakeem tortured in all parts of her body where her father
admitted that he beat her, bite large parts of her body with his teeth
and needled her causing her wounds and contusions nearly to death,
however, Seyaj and good people got into the middle on time to save
her.
Since the first moment, Seyaj pursued the case to provide necessary
medical care for the victim , to ensure an alternative family, to
arrest the father and bring him to justice.
Moreover, Seyaj assigned claim staff from a group of lawyers in Sana'a
to pursue the case legally and to provide judicial assistance so that
the father don't run away from punishment.
The organization calls the judicial organs to inflict the heaviest
penalties prescribed in the Yemeni law to the father to be a lesson to
others and to achieve the principle of deterrence and restraining
especially in the light of high crimes of parents and relatives
against children.
