| أعلنت تضامنها مع اعتصاماتهم المطالبة بإشراكهم في مؤتمر الحوار الوطني
منظمة سواء تدين اعتداء مسلحين على اعتصام للمهمشين في حجة ومقتل طفل شنقا بمحافظة صنعاء
عبرت منظمة سواء لمناهضة التمييز عن قلقها البالغ من تزايد حدة الاعتداءات المستهدفة لفئة المهمشين في اليمن والتي كان آخرها تفريق اعتصامات سلمية لهم بالقوة وإطلاق النار عليهم في محافظة حجة وقتل طفل شنقا في بني الحارث بمحافظة صنعاء.
وتعرض اعتصام سلمي لعمال النظافة بمحافظة حجة لاعتداء اليوم الأحد 30-12-2012م بالأسلحة النارية والعصي من قبل مسلحين بزي مدني يتبعون مدير مكتب النظافة بالمحافظة محمد عبدالرحمن شرف، في محاولة لإسكات مطالبهم بالتثبيت الوظيفي أسوة بزملاء لهم في المحافظات الأخرى.
وفي الوقت الذي تدين فيه منظمة سواء هذه الاعتداءات، فإنها أيضا تدين التواطؤ الأمني مع المعتدين، وعدم التحرك لمنع الاعتداءات التي تعرض لها المعتصمون سلميا، وتطالب وزارة الداخلية بسرعة التحقيق وإحالة المعنيين إلى القضاء.
وتعلن المنظمة تضامنها الكامل مع مطالب المهمشين في محافظة حجة، وتدعو إلى سرعة الاستجابة لها كون مطالبهم مشروعة، كما أن الإجراءات التي لجئوا إليها هي إجراءات دستورية وقانونية.
من جهة ثانية تعبر منظمة سواء عن حزنها وأسفها للحادثة المروعة التي استهدفت طفل من أبناء عمال النظافة بأمانة العاصمة وقتله شنقا في إحدى العمارات تحت الإنشاء بمنطقة بني الحارث شمال العاصمة صنعاء.
وتطالب منظمة سواء لمناهضة التمييز الداخلية اليمنية بسرعة تقديم المتهم في الحادثة للعدالة لينال جزائه الرادع، باعتبار أن هذه الجريمة ناجمة عن استهتار واضح بهذه الفئة التي تتعرض لاعتداءات متكررة في أكثر من محافظة من المحافظات اليمنية.
إلى ذلك تعلن منظمة سواء لمناهضة التمييز تضامنها الكامل مع المتظاهرين من فئة المهمشين المطالبين بإشراكهم في مؤتمر الحوار الوطني، وتأمل على الرئيس هادي سرعة الإستجابة لهذه المطالب كونها مطالب مشروعة.
Sawa'a Organization condemns the armed attack on a sit-in for the Marginalized in Hajjah and the murder of a child in Sana'a
Sawa'a Organization for Anti-Discrimination expressed its concern about growing the targeted attacks to the marginalized people in Yemen, the latest of which were dispersing peaceful protests for them by force and shooting them in Hajjah province and murdering a child by hang in Bani Harith- Sana'a.
A peaceful sit-in for the clean workers in Hajjah province was exposed to firearms and sticks attack on Sunday 12/30/2012 by gunmen in civilian clothes follow Mohammed Abdulrahman Sharaf, the Director of Cleaning Office in the province, in an attempt to keep them silent about their demand which is career settlement like their colleagues in other provinces.
While Sawa'a Organization condemning these attacks, it also condemns the security collusion with the aggressors, and the failure to prevent attacks against the peaceful protesters. It also demanding the Interior Ministry to quickly investigate and bring the involved parties to justice.
The Organization declares its full solidarity with the demands of the Marginalized in Hajjah province and calls for rapid response because their demands are legitimate and the actions to which they resorted are constitutional and legal procedures.
On the other hand, Sawa'a Organization expresses sorrow and regret for the horrific incident that targeted one of the clean workers' sons in Sana'a who was hanged in one of the buildings under construction in Bani Harith area north of the capital Sana'a.
Sawa'a organization for Anti-Discrimination demands the Yemeni interior to bring the accused in the incident to justice to obtain him deterrent punishment, especially this crime was due to a clear disregard for this category which is subject to frequent attacks in more than one of the Yemeni provinces.
Besides, Sawa'a Organization declares its full solidarity with the protestors of Marginalized category who demand to be involved in the National Dialogue Conference, and hopes President Hadi response to these demands which are legitimate.
